At a time when all film industries trying to curb the piracy one of the chief minister encouraging it from his home.He is none other than Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav
Akhilesh Yadav seems to have watched the piracy version of Aamir Khan's PK movie.The countrys youngest chief minister slipped that he downloaded the film "PK" and watched it.
Akhilesh made the comment at a press conference on December 31, when he declared the film tax-free in his state saying he was impressed by it. Akilesh said "People had been telling me for many days to watch PK. I downloaded it a few days ago, but only found the time to watch it last night. I liked it immediately and decided to make it tax-free so that more people can watch it."
This has turned as unexpected weapon for his political rivals and some also files case against Yadav for the offence of downloading the film and watching a pirated copy of the film.However UPCMO immediately responded on the issue and said that Akilesh has licensed digifacility to download & watch movies. There are no strong laws to counter piracy. Law makers turned to be law breakers.
