Curtains down for Medak war!

Today is the last day for Medak Loksabha by-elections campaigning.All three major parties TRS, BJP and Congress parties have intensified their campaigning. Telangana CM KCR has conducted a public meeting at Sanga Reddy yesterday. BJP roped Union Ministers Prakash Jawadekar and few others for campaigning on behalf of its candidate Jagga Reddy. Congress also ropes-in its leaders from Delhi.
Total Eighteen candidates have filed their nominations for the by-election to the Medak parliamentary constituency.Telangana Rashtra Samithi's Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Jagga Reddy and Sunita Lakshma Reddy of the Congress are the three main contenders.
It was almost confirmed that the victory will be on TRS side but Congress and BJP are fighting for the second place and they are trying hard to reduce the majority of the party in their strong foothold.
The by-election, scheduled to be held on September 13, has been necessitated by Rao's resignation after he became Telangana Chief Minister.
