Doctor couple performs 1 lakh abortions

Female foeticide is a big crime and state and central govenments taking all measures to prevent it. But people have still not learned their lesson and a stunning report was revealed by a NGO regarding female foeticide.
An anti-abortion NGO has claimed that a doctor couple who ran an abortion clinic in Marathwada town of Beed had conducted close to a lakh illegal surgeries. Irony is the couple fed the foetuses to dogs.
The NGO says that the two doctors used to see ninety patients daily and accuses the couple of carrying out almost one lakh abortions in the past twenty five years.
''People from across Maharashtra used to visit them for abortions.They had four dogs in the hospital complex....15 in their field and also they used to dump aborted foetuses in wells,” representative of NGO said, adding that her NGO had requested the CID to dig the wells.
