YSRCP MLA and ex-TDP leader Kodali Nani received blastings from high court.Kodali Nani recently approached High court challenging the appointement of Ramudu as Andhra Pradesh state DGP.He complained that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has offered him the DGP post while setting aside the seniors in the department.
Nani alleges that DGP post was offered to Ramudu as he helped for Naidu for making coup agianst TDP founder NTR.Nani added that Ramudu provided security to Chandrababu Naidu and to his MLAs, who assembled in the Vice Roy Hotel.Kodali Nani contended that it was a sort of quid pro quo arrangement between the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Ramudu and alleged that Ramudu appointement was unlawful.
The court heard the case today and expressed displeasure on the petitioner.High Court fumes upon him for wasting the court’s valuabale time with silly complaints and dismissed his petition.Court suggested him to approach another organizations rather than approaching them directly for sily issues like this.
