Viral Pic: Minister holds Woman Doctor's Collar!

The picture of a Jammu and Kashmir Minister touching the collar of a woman doctor has gone viral on social media.
In view of Amarnath pilgrimage, Health Minister Chaudhary Lal Singh has went to a Government hospital to inspect the arrangements being made. Upon noticing that the collar of a woman doctors wasn't in place, Mr. Singh dared to fix it by himself before saying 'Bitiya your collar isn't proper'. It was then another woman doctor who was present there fixed her own collar to avoid any such thing happening to her.
Chaudhary Lal Singh's act of touching a woman inappropriately was criticized widely on social media. Singh is a BJP Leader in Jammu and Kashmir where the National party formed the government with the support of PDP.
Few months ago, A Woman Doctor accused Chaudhary Lal Singh of causing her mental harassment for not wearing her lab coat by rebucking her.
