Hari Krishna buried differences with Naidu

In a surprising move Chandrababu Brother-in-law Hari Krishna attended the event. The actor cum politician who was not in good terms with the party since the last elections attended the membership launch event.Hari Krishna monitored the entire enrollment program and is even one of the first few members who renewed their memberships
Speaking on the occasion Chandrabau said that TDP supporters are backbone for the party. Chandrababu said the party cadre has been the real strength of TDP in its 32 years of existence.
Telugu Desam Party for the first time is going paper-less in this membership drive. The party has volunteers for every area who will go to people with tablets and laptops and enroll them.Chandrababu's son Nara Lokesh is co-coordinating the membership programme .
TDP offering insurance coverage for its party members.The party recently signed an MoU with Oriental Insurance Company under which each active member of the party will get a personal insurance cover of Rs 2 lakh in case of a fatal accident, Rs 2 lakh for permanent disability, Rs 1 lakh for the partially disabled, and Rs 50,000 in case of accidental injuries. TDP is the first political party in the country to introduce insurance cover and other benefits to the party members.
