HC order turned slap on CBNS face
By: Tupaki Desk | 26 April 2015 3:44 AM GMTAndhra Pradesh state government has faced its first setback in prestigious land pooling.The High Court issued the orders to exempt the land of 600 Plaintiffs from the Andhra Pradesh governments land pooling.
HC said that the government cannot bring about its own law and place it into force. It asked the farmers to continue their farming without any fear. A total number of 600 farmers approached the court against the land pooling and court given relief to all of them. B. Sivarami Reddy and others filed a case in the High Court contending that they were small farmers and they were being deprived of livelihood.
This issued order will be applicable to only that farmers who filed the case and not the other farmers who didn't approach Court. The decision was a big slap on Naidu’s face.With this few more farmers will join the movement and may not give lands to government.
Power star Pawan Kalyan also opposing the land pooling and recently social activist Anna Hazare said he is willing to take up a movement against AP government. All of these may put road block to land pooling by TDP government for the capital construction.
