Impose ban on Sakshi paper: TDP asks EC

TDP Politburo member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu alleged Sakshi had allocated 4-pages of its Friday issue to tarnish the image of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and Him. He asserts this particular newspaper is setting an bad example for falsification of facts and spreading blatant lies. He pointed out that Sakshi has done the same in the past as well (April 2nd, 11th, 24th).
In its complaint, TDP alleges Sakshi became like a pamphlet of YSR Congress instead of ethical journalism. So, the main opposition demanded a ban on Sakshi till the end of elections by treating all such news items as paid articles to ensure free and fair polls.
