In Talk: Railway departments new plan in Seemandhra

With the inclusion of top departments like Electricity department, the agitation is turning out to be more tougher. Seemandhra holds the most powerful position in case of electricity production in entire South India.
A part of the power which is being supplied to Indian Railways is from Seemandhra. As Electricity department in Seemandhra stopped their support to the central government, Railways is getting affected to the maximum. The revenue of Railway department in Seemandhra is getting affected due to power shortage.
To avoid further degradation of income, Railway department came up with a new plan of including 2 engines to all the trains which are going through Seemandhra. One engine will be electrical one and the other will run on diesel. With this new plan, the degradation of the revenue to Railways department will be reduced.
