After failing to stop the mass exodus of erstwhile PRP leaders into TDP, Union Minister Chiraneevi has become laughing stock in the political circles. People now comment, Chiru has actually merged his party with Telugu Desam, not Congress. Is there anything more insulting to the actor-turned-politician than this remark?
Most of the MLAs who won Praja Rajyam ticket in 2009 elections have shifted loyalties to TDP by 2014. Now, Chiru has got lone supporter in the form of C Ramachandraiah who is ready to sacrifice his political career by continuing in Congress.
Chiru's coterie says, Megastar can't be blamed for this situation as the leaders were quitting only because of the Congress central leadership's undemocratic path choosen to bifurcate the state.
