Real Estate got shifted to Vijayawada. This is the talk which is being heard all over the 2 states. In fact, business analysts are saying that the real estate is booming in Hyderabad too apart from the Andhra Pradesh regions. In Hyderabad, Adibatla is now the real estate hot spot.
Several companies are now expanding in this region and TCS has the biggest office in this area. This TCS office is the biggest for the company in India and it accommodates almost 26,000 employees. TCS already has 2 more big hubs in Hyderabad and this is the third permanent asset for TCS.
Apart from TCS, several top rated companies are concentrating on this region for expansion. Land rates too were now on peaks in this region. The raise is stated to be similar to that of the hike in Vijayawada. TRS government is allocating few more regions to MNC companies and in future, real estate boom will move more higher in those regions.
