Is Giving Free Power A Crime Of YSR?

From a couple of days all the parties in the state are protesting against the power tariff hike taken up CM Kiran. After going her hunger strike the other day, YSR-C honorary president Vijayamma blasted the double sided ways of Naidu and Congress.
'TDP Chief Naidu is alleging that YSR is responsible for bad state of power supply in the state. Is giving free-power to farmers a crime committed by YSR?' asked YV Vijayamma. 'In YSR's regime there was no power holiday for any industry and people haven't suffered with power cuts and power tariff hikes. All these happenings are faults of Congress as rulers and TDP as main opposition', she accused.
Of course, Power cuts are limited and price rises are very smooth during YSR's ruling and that is why many people feel to bring back Jagan to power such that YSR's golden ruling will be back. What say Mr Naidu?
