Its Official: Krish to direct Varun Tej

The debut of Varun Tej has been the talking point in the Industry since a year. During this period, several filmmakers including Srikanth Addala and Puri Jagannath have been considered for wielding the megaphone of this prestigious project. Finally, the offer has fallen in the lap of director Krish who is behind the critically acclaimed films Vedam, Gamyam and Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.
As per the reliable sources, Director Krish have been confirmed as the director for Varun Tej's launch vehicle. This crazy project will be produced by none other than Ashwini Dutt. The principle shooting will begin in the next few months.
Actually, Krish was supposed to team up with Mahesh Babu for 'Shivam' under Vyjayanthi Movies banner. However, the venture has been temporarily kept on hold as Superstar isn't 100 percent satisfied with the way the script has shaped up and he suggested few changes. Even Krish committed to direct Akshay Kumar in 'Gaddar', which is the Hindi remake of Tagore. As the Bollywood actor is busy with his other commitments for the next few months, Krish has decided to take up Varun Tej's maiden flick in the meantime. Wish the new Mega Hero a good luck!
