Jayalalithaa have got 6 months to contest the elections for getting back to Tamil Nadu Assembly as a legislator.
After being acquitted in the corruption case, Jayalalithaa said she is immensely satisfied with the verdict and the judgement delivered Today helped her to emerge like tested pure gold.
The 64-Year-Old has been out of office for over 230 days. During this tough phase, She spent most of the time at her Poes Garden residence. In her absence, Jaya's loyalist O Panneerselvam took charge as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
Post Today's verdict, O Panneerselvam offered to quit and he went all the way to Jayalalithaa's residence to congratulate her. AIADMK MLAs will be meeting in Chennai at 4 Pm to decide future coarse of action.
