Journalist set afire, Minister booked!

Local Police Personnel had set Journalist Jagendra Singh afire and he was admitted in hospital with 60 percent burn injuries. Mr.Singh died in a hospital located in Lucknow on Monday.
Journalist's Family allege Cops who raided their house on June 1st had set Jagendra Singh ablaze for posting messages on the social networking giant Facebook over the alleged role of Minister in illegal mining and land grabbing.
FIR has been registered against UP's Backward Class Welfare Minister, Inspector Sri Prakash Rai, Amit Pratap Singh, Akash Gupta, Ghufran and Bhure under Sections 120B, 302, 504 and 506 of IPC.
