Kidnap case against Actress

Mumbai police have been in search of actress Sana Khan for alleged attempted abduction of a 15-year-old girl for rejecting the marriage proposal of her cousin. The actress has been absconding for the past few days.
Cops have already arrested Sana Khan's cousin Naved Khan (22) and his three friends in connection with the case. Special teams have been working round the clock to arrested the actress who has gone into hiding.
As per the cops, the girl who is in her ninth standard came in touch with Naved Khan through Facebook and both became friend. Later, Naved proposed marriage to her but she refused. As he kept troubling her, the girl began avoiding her and even discontinued her Facebook account.
On April 30th, Naved accompanied by his three friends and Sana Khan stopped her on the road. They tried to drag her into the actress's car, but somehow the girl managed to escape them. When the girl reached home, Sana and his gang already reached the victim's house and left the place after a heated argument.
The girl's mother lodged a complaint against the five people and cases were booked against them under sections sections 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), 366 (Kidnapping, abducting or inducing woman to compel her marriage) 452 (House-trespass alter preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation), and 511 (Punishment for attempting to commit offences punishable with imprisonment for life or other imprisonment) of IPC.
