Krishnam Raju call it quits

Raghurama Krishnam Raju created a sensation the other day by filing nomination as Narsapuram Lok Sabha candidate on behalf of both BJP and TDP after the National party denied him the ticket.
Speaking at the press meet Today, Raghurama Krishnam Raju announced that he is withdrawing his nominations and willn't be in fray for 2014 polls. He alleged Narsapuram ticket has been denied to him because of few groups. Despite failing to bag ticket, Mr. Raju claimed he is happy with the support he has been getting from the people.
Raghurama Krishnam Raju promised that he wouldn't resort to any activities which would damage the prospects of TDP-BJP alliance and will continue to associate with the two parties. He, however, pledged to spend more funds on the development works in the district and this amount would be much more than that of Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS).
