KTR Launched Android App for Women safety; Suggested Changes

Now a new android app was launched for woman safety and it was unveiled by none other than Telangana IT minister KTR
KTR unveiled an Android application meant for women's safety in the Hyderabad city that'd enable them to alert police and/or their relatives when they are in danger.
The app was named as ‘Fight Back,’ and once we click on the app messages would be immediately sent to five mobile phones that can be pre-linked including the police.
The app was developed by Mahindra Satyam in collaboration with the Cyberabad police. Fight Back is available free on Google store and one can sign up with their email or Facebook account.
IT Minister Mr K.T. Rama Rao said that he hoped that the app would be improved with GPS location tracker and caller ID soon.KTR shared that by incorporating Direction finder tracker and functions of the Truecaller app into the Resist app, the victim’s location as well as name may be traced. “I really hope the upcoming upgraded variation of Fight Back will definitely have these features,” he shared
