Lagadapati surprises Seemandhra agitators

Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal got the shock of his life in Vijayawada recently when he went to extend his support to the APSRTC unions which were protesting the division of state. Union leaders asked the Vijayawada MP to submit his resignation first and then talk about Samaikyandhra.
Lagadapati who was visibly shocked with the unexpected development claimed he is not considering it as an insult, but treating it like a felicitation to him. Stating that he is a strong advocate of United AP, MP reminded about his fight for keeping the state united four years ago and said he is deliberately staying away from playing active role in the ongoing movement as Telanganites have been accusing that investors like him were funding the agitations in Seemandhra.
Congress MP asserted TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy, CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and BCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana have to fight for the Samaikyandhra.
The ongoing movement in Seemandhra is happening without the backing of any leader. Lagadapati surprised the integrationists by claiming that he is the leader for the United AP movement.
