Maglev Train breaks World Speed Record

In fact, Magnetic Levitation Train holds the previous record of 590 km/h. It now broke its own record and set a new benchmark.
Electrically Charged Magnets were used in Maglev Trains and this helps in lifting/moving carriages above the rail tracks.
Japan wishes to introduce Maglev Train service between Tokyo and the central city of Nagoya by 2027. A distance of 280 km will be covered in just 40 minutes.
Although the maximum speed is 603 km/h, Maglev Trains will operate at a maximum of 505 km/h when its open for service. Currently, Bullet Train which is Japanese fastest train run at a speed of 320 km/h.
