According to early reports, the earthquake was observed in Chichi - shima, Bonin Islands, Japan at 11:23:00.00 UTC. According to Japan's meteorological agency, the depth of the earthquake was 590 km and the region was Ogasawara-shoto Seiho-oki.
As of now, no reports of loss of life has been reported and Warning for Tsunami has no been issued.
