Mega Camp phobia for Directors

A heroine or a director who enters Mega camp are likely to work for a minimum of three project if they could impress the stars in the family, else few years of their career will be wasted without any work.
The current situation of Srikanth Addala, Sampath Nandi and Koratala Siva is just the same. Srikanth Addala was supposed to direct Varun Tej debut film but the project got shelved. Sampath Nandi last film Racha was released one and half year ago and still no confirmation on the launch of Gabbar Singh 2. Koratala Siva film with Ram Charan didn't take off even after the muhurat as the actor is not happy with the script.
Directors are fearing the Mega camp now. Filmmakers who are ready to take a huge risk can only aim for directing the heroes in this family.
