Mohan Babu PA in the hands of President

The Padma Award issue of Mohan Babu has taken a new turn with High Court ruling that the decision of taking back National Awards only rests only with President of the country.
On Tuesday, High Court delivered a judgement in favur of the petitioner (BJP leader Indrasena Reddy) who accused Mohan Babu of misusing Padma Awards by using it as a prefix in the title cards of the movie 'Denikaina Ready'. It directed Central Home Ministry to submit a detailed report on the issue to President who will be taking a final call.
High Court also ordered Mohan Babu to issue an open statement in the media claiming he willn't be using Padma Award until President delivers his judgement.
