More priority to Damodhar than CM Kiran

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is disappointed with the treatment he received from the Congress leadership during his recent tour to New Delhi for discussing the statehood issue.
Usually, CM will be given more priority in crucial issues related to the State in all the meeting with Central leadership. However, The Telangana issue prompted the Congress High Command to give more importance to the word of Deputy CM Damodhar Rajanarasimha than Kiran Kumar Reddy.
The Central leadership spoke with CM Kiran and PCC Chief Botsa for just 45 minutes and 35 minutes respectively. Surprisingly, the meeting with Deputy CM Damodhar lasted for 90 minutes and this is an indication of the prominence given to him. As the decision was in favor of Telangana, various issues like road map and the benefit Congress would be getting through it have come up for discussion.
