Naidu shifting to Vijayawada in April

Sources said a makeshift CMO will be created in the city shortly. Officials planning to arrange the new camp office of Chief Minister at irrigation office in Vijaaywada.
Last year new buildings with a built-up area of 30,000 square feet constructed for the Irrigation Department and as per sources the same will be occupied by Chandrababu for his camp office.The works will start from third week of this month and Naidu planning to operate from here for two days in a week from next april.
Along with Chief minster few other ministers and deputy cm’s will work from the new location and officials planning to allocate new chambers for them.Earlier officials considered state guest house to change as camp office but the idea was dropped in last minute due to Vaasthu concerns.
Though Naidu has not unveiled a detailed plan for the shift yet, sources said at least 70 per cent of the state administration will function from Vijayawada in coming days.
