Nirbhaya still not in peace
By: Tupaki Desk | 14 July 2014 10:51 AM GMT Supreme Court on Monday stayed execution of death sentence who earlier awarded to two of the four men in the December 16 2012 gang-rape and murder case.
The SC stayed the execution of death sentence of convicts Akshay and Vinay Sharma, They have committed to brutal crime and stabbed to death after the incident. There are some huge protests in Delhi over this incident. UPA II government had introduced new law after this incident to fast track the action and strict rules against sexual crimes.
After the incident police arrested these people and put up Nirbhaya rule which was constituted later to the incident and put the case on fast track. The supreme court awarded death sentence in May 2013. Next hearing will be in August first week.
