No evidences of Quid-Pro-Quo: CBI @ Jagan case
By: Tupaki Desk | 23 Sep 2013 11:38 AM GMTThe CBI on Monday informed to the special CBI court in Nampally about the lack of evidences to prove 8 companies have been involved in quid-pro-quo in connection with Jagan's assets case. The companies include Sundur Power, Classic Realty, RR Global Enterprises, PVP Business Ventures, Jubilee Media Communications, Mantri Developers, Carmel Aasi Holding, Brahmani Infratech, and Saraswati Power & Industries.
The agency also maintained that investigations has been completed on all the aspects as per the directions of High Court. This gives a chance for Jagan to walk out of the prison at the earliest.
On the other hand, Jagan's lawyer Sushil Kumar argued bail should granted to the leader at least now as the investigation was completed. The counsel reminded bail is a fundamental right and shouldn't be denied based on the stature of his client. The judgement might be out any time soon. Supports of Jagan gathered at the court premises and at the party office expecting a positive result.
Jagan was in Chanchalguda Central Prison since May 27th last year. Expect a judgement in the favour of Yuva Neta this time...
