NTR Jayanti celebrations at YSRCP office

Taking the YSR Congress cadres by surprise, Gudivada MLA Kodlai Nani celebrated the birth anniversary of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former chief minister N T Rama Rao at his office. Amidst cheering and slogan-shouting by fans of NTR, the MLA cut cake and distributed sweets to all those present at party office in Gudiwada.
Addressing the gathering, Nani said he had decided to celebrate NTR's birthday just as a fan of the greatest actor that the Telugu film industry had ever seen.
"There are no politics involved in the celebrations. NTR was a man of masses," said the MLA.
Nani spoke on the occasion and said that the TDP leaders should now at least consider working sincerely in the lines of the founder NTR and urge center that NTR is conferred with the highest civilian award Bharat Ratna.
He went to say that NTR was an invincible actor and a great politician who started TDP to uplift the socially and economically challenged sections of the society. The Gudiwada MLA promised that in the coming years he would work along the footsteps of NTR and Dr YSR for the welfare of his constituency people.
