Positive judgment to Gali Janardhan reddy

Former Karnataka Minister and Mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy for the first time got the judgment in favor of him. The Special court on Tuesday has directed CBI to return Helicopter which was seized from Obulapuram Mining company(OMC).
Gali Janardhan Reddy, who has been languishing in Chanchalguda jail in connection with Obulapuram Mining scam, had earlier filed a petition in CBI Special Court requesting that the Chopper and luxury vehicles be released.
The court has directed Gali Janardhan Reddy to pay Rs.6.40 crore as a surety and also asked him to surrender the chopper whenever investigation team requires.
The jailed Gali Janardhan Raddy bought Bell-407 model Helicopter at the cost of nearly Rs.12 Crore on the name of Obulapuram Mining Company.
