Power star Pawan Kalyan turns to 42 today

Today is the big day for all fans of mega fans as it is birthday of Pawan Kalyan turns 42 years. Here is some interesting news about the hero.Known famous as power star the actor was born as Konidala Kalyan Babu on 2 September 1971 to Konidela Venkata Rao and Anjana Devi.Pawan entered to tollywood as brother of Megastar Chiranjeevi but the hero not take much time to show his mark.
Pawan Kalyan is a trained Martial Artist. He holds a black belt in karate .He publicly performed his martial arts skills at several auditoriums. He was awarded the title "Pawan", symboliing the Hanuman. From then, Kalyan Babu became popular as Pawan Kalyan Pawan Kalyan is a vegetarian and is highly influenced by Che Guevara, Jiddu Krishnamurti and Swami Vivekananda's philosophy.

After the release of Kushi, Pawan Kalyan took a gap of two years in his career. He went to Japan to learn Aikido.He learned Aikido to use in his first directorial venture Johnny written and directed by Pawan Kalyan, released on 26 April 2003.Amidst huge expectations it bombed at box office.
Since then his most of films till Jalsa was released were flops. Jalsa directed by his friend Trivikram Srinivas ended as a hit. But, Harish Shankar directed ‘Gabbar Singh’ provided what fans wanted from Power Star. The movie went on to become one of the top grosser in Tollywood.
Currently, Pawan and his fans are waiting eagerly for ‘Atharintiki Daaredi’ likely to release in September third week. Pawan Kalyan’s next movie is a sequel to ‘Gabbar Singh’ to be directed by Sampath Nandi.
