Prime Minister's narrow escape from Bomb Blast

Crude Bombs exploded in Karwan Bazar just 10 minutes after PM's comvoy passed through the area. This incident happened while the Prime Minister was on her way to participate in a rally organised by her party Awami League to mark the anniversary of historic public address by Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the year 1971.
Over 100 People have died in Bangladesh due to bomb blasts in the past 2 months. There is political unrest in the country since last year as the main opposition BNP demands Government to hold a fresh election just a year after the controversial polls in 2014.
