Rape accused Minister's Son granted Bail

Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda's son Karthik has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with the rape case filed by Kannada actress.
3 Days Ago, A court has issued arrest warrant against Karthik Gowda after police informed that he has been absconding and not available for interrogation.
On Monday, Sessions Court judge Mudigoudar heard the anticipatory bail plea and granted it much to the relief of the Gowda family. The court directed Karthik to submit a personal bond to the tune of Rs 2 lakhs along with two sureties. It also asked the accused to appear before the cops whenever his presence is required to speed up the investigation.
On the other hand, The counsel of the actress informed they are gonna challenge bail to Karthik Gowda in High Court on Wednesday.
