Few years ago Hyderabad was observed massive real estate boom and the poor farmers have turned rich all of a sudden with the influx of real boom. Now the same thing was happening in Vijayawada with the separate state formation.Land prices in and around the city have risen sharply especially since the state was bifurcated.
