Reasons behind Uday Kiran death

DCP Satyanarayana addressed the media at Apollo Hospital regarding the death of Tollywood hero Uday Kiran and shared the information he came to know until now.
DCP: "Uday Kiran's wife Nishita went to a function in Manikonda. He promised to pick-up her, but neither did he reach the venue till 11 pm nor attend the calls. Soon, his wife returned to home along with her parents and found him hanging. Apollo Doctors declared him as brought dead at 1:16 AM. During the preliminary investigation, we found that financial crisis, remaining workless since February 2013 and depression because of lack of proper attention from the film industry have been the reasons. He seems to be waiting since 20 days for a call from Tamil producer regarding a project but later they stopped attending his calls. Uday also told to his wife that he feels like dying."
"We haven't found any suicide notes. We recovered his cellphone and conducting the enquiry as per the call data. Uday's mother passed away long back. His sister Sridevi and Brotherin-Law lives in Omen. When he was at the age of 10, His elder brother (21) committed suicide. No contacts with his father from 4-5 years. He lives in Srinagar Colony with his wife. His father-in-law and mother-in-law stays in Manikonda."
