Revanth Reddy in land encroachment case

TDP firebrand Revanth Reddy was arrested at a time when he was getting ready to take on the role of the party president in Telangana state. Government is trying all the ways to screw up revanth in the case.
Now as per reports a fresh case is likely to be filed against Revanth Reddy related to land encroachment case. As per sources Revanth and his brother is likely to be booked by cops for land encroachment.
Three people Peri Reddy, Kola Guruva Reddy and K Aruna of Guntur district alleges that Revanth brothers have occupied their land in survey No: 127 in Gopanapalli village in Serilingam palli. They are planning to approach Telangana home minister soon to report the matter.Hence, he may direct them to police to file a complaint against him in the police station.
Meanwhile, ACB Court sought permission to record statement of the key evidence MLA Stephenson tomorrow in cash for vote case. The statement that will be taken based on Section 164 is going to be very crucial in this case.
