After bifurcation Andhra Pradesh state has many expectations from Central government for the development of state. BJP government formation in central given much hope to Chandra Babu in getting funds for projects. Surprisingly since a month the opinion slowly changing in Andhra Pradesh.
Recently Babu met with almost every cabinet minister and requested for new projects to the state. Many ministers had given promises to accomplish the requirements of the state in order to provide new facilities to AP. During this time Central government announced some projects for Andhra Pradesh which includes IIT, AIIMS and IIM etc. But at the same time even Telangana MP’s met with ministers and got some new projects for them as well. In the total if we observe there were no new financial aid or projects for Andhra except which was promised by UPA earlier. On the other side today Modi announced one billion dollars help to Nepal Even though they expected nothing from us.
Chandra Babu slowly losing his hope on central government in getting new projects and funds for development and advising his ministers to find ways to arrange necessary money from applicable sources like world bank etc. At the end it’s pretty clear that Andhra Pradesh got noting from Central government till now.
