Sania Mirza gets Rs. 1 cr from KCR

Hyderabad Tennis sensation Sania Mirza met Telangana state Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday. She congratulated KCR on becoming first CM of Telangana and requested him to promote sports sector in the state.She reminded KCR about her coaching academy and seeked help for expansion of academy.
After meeting with KCR Sania spoke to scribes and told it was just a courtesy call as she didn’t met KCR till now.
"It was a courtesy call because i have not met him after he became the chief minister. He is invited me to the meeting tomorrow. So we will be meeting him tomorrow again."
According to reports KCR offered a sum of Rs. one crore to sania for training ahead of the US open and other tournament. She will receive the cheque from the Chief Minister tomorrow.
Sania Mirza recently achieved a career-best rank of number five in the world .Sania, who turned a pro in 2003 and overcame a career-threatening wrist injury in between, has entered the top-five for the first time in her career.
