Madras High Court gave sensational judgement that if pair is majors and has physical attachment then we have to consider that pair as wife and husband. Even though in society, marriage is traditional thing. Court clearly said that if boy and girl have physical attachment then that pair will come under couple. Not only that court concluded that if girl has a medical report that she has physical attachment with that guy then she can say anywhere that guy is her husband. Moreover gave judgement as if there is any misunderstanding then guy has to take divorce before getting married to other girl.

Lady will also have the right to get alimony from that guy. Court gave this judgement while investigating the criminal revision petition submitted by a Muslim lady. Judge rejected the argument of boy’s side lawyer that since the marriage doesn’t registered in ‘Nikhha’ book according to Muslim tradition in the case of Muslim lady who belongs to covey.
