Shock to Babu, Jagan happy!

Jagan who always try to put his political rival Babu in corner over various differences between them, Today RBI has given shock to Babu which indirectly given happiness to Jagan. Babu who is trying to negotiate with RBI over regulations of Loan waiver for farmers today he received a shocking news on this issue from RBI.
RBI has sent a letter to AP government on Loan waiver scheme by specifying there is no drought of 50 percent or more in AP. RBI has come to a conclusion on the reports of agri department, where it justifying that there are enough crops which indicating there is no critical time for farmers. So RBI has sent out a letter to Babu on this specifying as there is no rescheduling applicable in AP. RBI director Panth Joshi had sent this letter to AP government which given a shock to Babu.
Jagan who thrashed Babu as a big liar who cannot implement Loan waiver scheme. It gives a feeling that Jagan is quite comfortable and happy over his political gain through this decision
