With the confirmation of the separation, “Which region got really benefited by Congress’ decision?” turned out to be a hot topic. Even though, Seemandhra encountered injustice, Congress gave a special gift to Seemandhra people compared to Telengana folks.
The special gift is in the form of less burden on the people of this region. As per the reports, Telengana will have a total loan of 1800 Crores exclusively due to Swagruha policy. In this case, Seemandhra has just 200 Crores loan on this aspect. It is known that Congress introduced this policy to benefit the poor and the needy.
But, this policy encountered tough times due to high budget levels. A total of 2000 Crores fell on the back of Andhra Pradesh due to this aspect and out of which 1800 Crores were spent till date on Telengana. Now, as the state is getting separated, Seemandhra people escaped the loss with 200 Crores while Telengana people are going to have a major share of 1800 Crores loan amount.
