SS for Pawan Kalyan? - No Chance

The reports have been abuzz since few days that Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha who shot to fame with Dabangg will be playing the female lead in Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh 2. But the fact is something different!
As per the reliable sources, Sonakshi was never considered to play leading lady opposite Pawan in the sequel. Although Kajal was the first choice for the role, the makers dropped the idea after she quoted a hefty remuneration and are in search of an actress who fit best opposite Powerstar.
The script work of Gabbar Singh 2 has come to an end and the makers have been busy finalizing the cast & crew of the sequel. Regular shooting would begin from June end this year and the theatrical release would happen during Sankranthi 2014.
Pawan Kalyan is currently shooting for Trivikram's family entertainer which is slated for release on August 9th. The next two projects in the pipeline are Gabbar Singh 2 and Kobali. Good to see Powerstar working at a break neck speed!
