Suman as YSR, Raja as YS Jagan!

The film titled 'Jagannayakudu' which is a biopic of three generations of former chief minister late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's family is all set to be launched soon. Veteran filmmaker Chandrasekhar Reddy who earlier made films like 'Badi Pantulu' with NTR and 'Paadi Pantalu' with Krishna is gearing up to direct this sensational film.
'Jagannayakudu' will cover the generations of YS Raja Reddy, YS Rajasekhar Reddy and YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The film is going to touch every milestone of the Reddy family. From farmer Raja Reddy to medical service, padayatra & welfare schemes of YSR to Jagan's expertise in building business empire & the way he has grown as a power centre in politics will be shown in a cinematic way. Even YS Sharimla's role as a fearless woman in the politics will also be included. The movie comes to an end with Jagan becoming the chief minister of the state by winning the 2014 polls with a good majority to form the government.
Senior actors Suman, Aamani and Hero Raja were chosen for the roles of YSR, YS Vijayalakshmi and YS Jagan respectively. Makers are taking their time to rope an actress for the role of YS Sharmila. YSR's sympathizer Anantha Padmanabha Reddy is going to producer the flick with a budget of around Rs 4 crore. Regular shooting will begin in August this year and theatrical release has been planned in March 2014.
