Supreme court warning to KCR

One of the issue related to fee reimbursement has taken many turns in deciding the domicile, KCR ordered 1956 is the cut-off date for any such benefits.
Andhra Pradesh who shocked with this decision taken this issue in negotiations with Telangana government but it never succeeded. Recently the issue is taken in Supreme Court by AP government and requested to resolve as soon as possible. Today SC released an intermediate verdict on this issue by giving strong warning to T-Government to follow state bifurcation rule. It suggested both the parties should respect state division laws in peaceful manner to protect rights of people. KCR who objected earlier this by giving a declaration onr fee reimbursement cut off as 1956 given big blow in normal people. Now it’s a big setback to KCR
SC suggested both the state should complete counseling by August 31 and ordered classes should be started in September 1st week.
