T town Producer Daughter goes to Cannes

Tollywood ace producer Ashwini Dutt's daughter Priyanka Dutt's short film was selected for screening at the prestogious Cannes Film Festival which will begin from May 15th this year in France.
Priyanka's short film 'Yaadon Ki Baarat' won the honour competing with 138 entries from other countries to make it to Cannes. 'Yaadon Ki Baarat' is story of a child who is disturbed with the frequent quarrels between his parents. He tries to pacify the elders by singing some evergreen songs of RD Burman. This short film is directed by Naga Ashwin and produced by Priyanka Dutt.
For any producer, it's a dream to attend the Cannes Film Festival and Priyanka is no different. She is very excited to grace the film festival for the first time and credits the while team for their efforts to make this happen. The winners of the competition will be announced during the closing ceremony on May 26th. Hope, Priyanka returns to India with a trophy in her hand.
