TDP goes completely Online

Andhra Pradesh chief minister has launched online membership drive of Telugu Desam Party on Monday. The party has decided to enroll its members only online by putting an end to age-old method of using hard copies.

The idea is said to be the brain-child of Chandrababu Naidu's son Nara Lokesh who is Stanford University student. TDP wishes to enroll 25 lakh members in AP and Telangana.

Tablets were supplied to 1,600 trained individuals will be paying visits to every village and town. After enrollment process, All those active members would be issued identity cards and they would get free life insurance of Rs 2 lakhs.
