Telangana Collector summoned by Andhra Pradesh

Nalgonda District collector Smitha Sabarwal summoned by Chittoor court today. Court summoned her in a case related to child labor case which she filed on Gayatri Stone crushers Chittoor in 2003. Smitha was ordered for a probe in this case when she identified around 38 children doing work at Gayatri crushers.
During the time Smitha used to work as sub collector of Chittoor district had attended multiple hearings. Since 2009 Smitha absconding from hearing forced district court to issue summons. Court asked Smitha to be present by 15th of this month. Currently Smitha working as district collector for Nalgonada district after she got released from CMO due to her personnel issues.
