Telangana State bags Prestigious Award

Telangana State emerges as the winner of Best State of India for Energy Security, Governance and Sustainability for the REPA Awards 2015.
Renewable Energy Promotion Association (REPA) and its official publication ENERTIA will be presenting these awards.
REPA Awards 2015 Co-Chairman and Convenor of Jury called up Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to convey that Jury Members have recognised that Telangana State has managed to achieve its installed capacity of 9,500 MW required for the 4 crore population. He also praised the Youngest State of the Country facing the challenge of 24*7 power supply has been very successful in s short span, be it Urban or Rural.
