Telugu girl died In Chennai Bomb blast
By: Tupaki Desk | 1 May 2014 5:45 AM GMTA 22 year old telugu girl named Swathi died In the bomb blast that happened today morning at Chennai Railway station The blast took place on the Guwhati-Bangalore Express at Chennai central railway station on Thursday morning at 7:25 am .Swathi(22) who sits next to the door was died immediately and at least 18 others were injured in a low intensity blast.
The victim has been identified as Swati from Guntur who was travelling from Bangalore to Vijayawada. Four passengers are said to be critical and have been admitted to the GH. The blasts took place in two coaches - S4 and S5 - of the train., barely 10 minutes after it had arrived at the railway station.
The blasts occurred on the train as it was entering the station on platform no 7.The injured were taken to the government-run Rajiv Gandhi general hospital across the road. Bomb disposal squad and dog squad have been pressed into action.
