The 7 Questions asked by YS Jagan
X
YSR Congress YS Jaganmohan Reddy is a strong contender of Samaikyandhra and leaving no stone unturned to keep the state united in the best interest of people of both the regions. Since few days, he has been busy meeting National leaders to appeal them to oppose division of AP.

Jagan is now appealing to all the political parties in the country to give a thought to the following questions…

1) Could Centre use the powers it has and take advantage for the sake of votes and seats?

2) Centre had taken an unacceptable decision on December 9 (2009), calling it a birthday present of Sonia to Telanganites. Can such a big decision be taken that way?

3) Can Centre divide the state when the majority members in Assembly opposing the bill?

4) Although several states have passed a resolution in state Assembly and sent it to the Centre, they have been ignored. But, why the Centre is showing keen interest to divide AP despite majority people opposing it?

5) If the Parliament passes the Telangana bill without the support of state Assembly, will it not set a wrong example of dividing more states in future with a simple majority?

6) How could Centre pass a resolution to divide the state, without the unanimous consent of state Assembly?

7) Sri Krishna Committee mentioned state will be on the losing end if divided and suggested United AP should be first preference. Then why does Centre prefer to divide the state?
