Continuation to Puri Jagannath Land litigation spat today Puri given his explanation to media. Puri disclosed that he had sold the respective land around five years back only. Builder Ramaraju and Subbaraju who took the land from him are aware of the loan which Puri took from Masab Tank SBI. The amount five crores rupees agreed by both the parties to carry over to builder party and later it can be paid. According to Puri the agreement to transfer the loan on to builders name is also known by Branch manager.
Puri declined a loan when he went for another loan to the same bank three years back some time in 2011. Branch manager confirmed that the earlier loan is not transferred or paid as the reason for rejection. Considering this Puri filed a case on builders in 2011. As soon as case filed builders are on run and sold this litigation land to customers.
Puri Jagannath says victims might not aware of this incident that’s the reason they had bought litigation land. He urged police to take appropriate action on builder and do proper justice to him. Earlier to this victims filed a case on Puri wife Lavanya regarding this issue. Police not available for any comment on this issue.
